Our lodge has been very involved in many activities with The Ocean of Love (Kids with cancer). In 1997 TO 2001 some of the kids came to our Christmas party and again in December of 2002. All 41 kids in attendance In Dec.of 2002 sat on Santa's lap and received a gift and had their picture taken. We had a pumpkin painting party with the kids for Halloween 1997, it was a great success. The lodge also had it's third annual picnic on August 30, 1998 again we invited The Ocean Love to participate. We had another Halloween party for the Ocean of Love kids in October 1998 TO 2002 all were a huge success. We had our most recent Halloween party for the kids. In October of 2002 attended by over 55 children and their families, this was our biggest and best ever, see our news page for more information and photos. The Lodge had a Halloween party again in 2003 for the kids, this is a yearly event. Our 2004 Halloween party again was a great success and we thank Angela Striano for all her help with this years party a job well done we had over 45 children and their families and fun was had by all..
